If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
Leave on clean skin for 15 to 20 minutes during the sheet mask step. In the meantime, you can use the rest of the product on your arms, elbows and knees — those tend to be the most neglected parts of the body!
