What should I do if the product is not correct?

If items are missing from your order, in order to proceed with the claim, you must send visual evidence to helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com within 7 calendar days. Finally, a toner with the restoring benefits of snail mucin. It contains 30% of this ingredient, which promotes skin regeneration, improving its texture and evening out its tone, while restoring the pH balance of the skin, as a toner should. It soothes the skin, and keeps it smooth and supple, thanks to its formula with centella asiatica and glycerin. Its willow extracts —a natural source of salicylic acid— regulate sebum levels and minimise large pores. It also contains houttuynia cordata extracts, a plant native to Southeast Asia with anti-aging properties. This toner has a light, watery and refreshing texture, and is perfect for you if you have tone or texture issues, no matter how sensitive your skin is.
Snail mucin is an excellent ingredient to improve the texture of the skin. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and smooths out acne scars and pick marks.

If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Pour a small amount of toner to your fingers and apply to your face by gently tapping the skin. Remember: try not to pull on your skin! If you prefer, you can also use a cotton pad, though Koreans never do that. Why? To avoid swiping the cotton pads over the skin, generating unnecessary waste and wasting toner (as pads soak up most of the product). Also, by using your fingers, the temperature of the toner will be similar to that of your skin.
