What should I do if the product is not correct?

If items are missing from your order, in order to proceed with the claim, you must send visual evidence to helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com within 7 calendar days. This essence is perfect for sensitive skin or dry skin, just like the rest of the Centella Calming line by Barr. It contains 85% centella asiatica extracts, a plant that soothes and restores sensitive and irritated skin, thanks to two of its components: asiaticoside, an antioxidant that strengthens the skin; and madecassoside, which enhances collagen synthesis to tighten and restore the skin. It also contains 0.3% pantenol, a B5 pro-vitamin with moisturising and protective benefits, and we love its fluid, gel-like texture, which is ultra lightweight, refreshing and highly moisturising.
This essence is very versatile, as it can also be used to soothe the skin after shaving or waxing, or even as a night face mask.
If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
A cranberry-sized amount of cream is more than enough. Distribute it across the face and neck, massaging and lightly dabbing until it has been fully absorbed.
