What should I do if the product is not correct?

Barr is one of our go-to brands when it comes to sensitive skin. Its team never gives up until they find the perfect formula to take care of even highly reactive skin types... All of them, because there are different types of sensitive skin. It can be dry, combined, oily, acne prone... each with its specific needs. Barr has created the Super Deep Green Energy line, designed to pamper sensitive skin that may experience shine, excess sebum, pimple breakouts or even acne. One of its products is an incredible serum (read on to learn more about it!) and a moisturising gel-cream that you absolutely have to check out!
This 100% vegan moisturising and soothing serum has a lightweight texture that's easily absorbed by the skin, so you'll love it if you’re not a fan of thick, heavy products. Its formula contains a whooping 60% of houttuynia cordata extract, a powerful antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory plant that’s perfect to soothe irritated or blemished skin, as well as to regulate sebum levels. It also contains 20% artemisia extracts, which soothes redness and helps heal pimples; as well as 0.1% (it doesn’t sound like much, but we promise it’s more than enough!) panthenol or pro-vitamin B5, which soothes, protects and restores the skin, and is an amazing moisturiser that prevents the loss of hydration throughout the day. It also contains 0.1% allantoin, which promotes cell turnover, while moisturising and healing the skin. Not bad! If you’re on the hunt for your new fave serum and have sensitive (and oily and acne-prone) skin, don’t think twice.

If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
Use the dropper to apply 4-5 drops of serum to the main parts of your face: cheeks, forehead and chin. Gently massage the product into the skin with your fingertips until fully absorbed.
