This Asian ingredient is also an excellent moisturising agent that helps regulate sebum levels. This toner will gently exfoliate your skin while you moisturise it — if you're looking for a multi-purpose toner, Houttuynia Cordata Care Toner is the one for you.

After cleansing, apply it to your face and neck with a cotton round or directly with your hands, gently tapping it onto your skin for it to be absorbed more easily.
