In case you receive the wrong product or if it is in bad condition, you can return it and we will pay the shipping fees. If you would like to return a product acquired at MiiN Cosmetics, send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt.
Please state why you would like to return the product by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received written confirmation, send the product using the postal service recommended to you.
The cost of the product as well as the shipping fees will be reimbursed within 72 hours of receipt. No reimbursement can be made if the product has been used.
Once an order is made, it can only be cancelled before dispatch.
