Cosa fare se il prodotto arriva danneggiato
Se il tuo ordine arriva danneggiato durante la consegna, ti chiediamo di avvisarci entro 15 giorni naturali dalla data di ricezione dell’ordine. Se invece mancano uno o più prodotti nel tuo pacco, per poter procedere con la verifica sarà necessario inviarci prove visive (foto o video) all’indirizzo milano@miin-cosmetics.com entro 7 giorni naturali dalla consegna.
